In Program #1, which is the default program, as you increase to the level that your dog starts recognizing and behaving, the default will then put the collar back on the program that your dog stopped barking at.

On Program #2, it begins at the lowest level and goes up until your dog stops the behavior, and starts again at the lowest level and progresses on up each time you put on the collar.

On Program #3, you program the collar to give the exact same delivery every time.
